Grand Batang City (GBC), also known as PT Kawasan Industri Terpadu Batang (KITB), offers land lease solutions for industrial, retail/commercial, and residential needs in four main product categories:

Grand Batang City (GBC) established on December 11, 2020.

The exact location of Grand Batang City (GBC), also known as PT Kawasan Industri Terpadu Batang (KITB), is at KM. 371 +800 of the Semarang-Batang Toll Road, Ketanggan, Gringsing, Batang, Central Java.

PT Kawasan Industri Terpadu Batang is the official name of the company managing Grand Batang City. Meanwhile, Grand Batang City is the brand name of the area to make it easily understandable for the international market.

Grand Batang City is 100% owned by the state. The current shareholders of PT KITB are:

• PT Kawasan Industri Wijayakusuma
• PT Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero) Tbk
• PT Perkebunan Nusantara 1 Regional 3
• Batang Regional State-Owned Enterprise.

Grand Batang City has 2 accesses: one from Semarang – Batang Pantura Road in Pelelen Village, and another from the Toll Access at Semarang-Batang Toll Road KM 371+800, Ketanggan, Gringsing, Batang, Central Java 51281.

Since 2023, KITB and its tenants have begun recruiting employees. KITB has an agreement with tenants in the form of PPTI, and in this agreement, it is stated that a minimum of 30% of the tenant company's employees must be local residents.

KITB carries out various CSR programs in collaboration with the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia and has established a Work Readiness Pavilion to conduct training for residents around the area. These training programs are tailored to the needs of the tenants.
