
PT Kawasan Industri Terpadu Batang (KITB) on Monday (05/09/2022) determined the replacement of its several commissioners and directors. This determination is made through the online approval of the Extraodinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on September 5th, 2022. The purpose of this EGMS is to submit the decision of the Shareholders regarding the dismissal and the appointment of new members of the commissioners and directors of PT Kawasan Industri Terpadu Batang (KITB).
With the decision of the EGMS,the composition of the new Board of Commissioners of PT Kawasan Industri Terpadu Batang (KITB) is as follows:
President Commissioner : Tio Handoko
Commissioner : Ahmad Fauzie Nur
Commissioner : Sri Purwaningsih
Commissioner : Anwar Ismail
Independent Commissioner : Yuliot
The composition of the new Board of Directior of PT Kawasan Industri Terpadu Batang (KITB) after the EGMS is as follows:
President Director : Ngurah Wirawan
Director of Operations and Engineering : I Made Kartu
Director of Finance : Evi Afiatin
Director of Institutional and Public Relations : M. Fakhrur Rozi
H. E. Ngurah Wirawan, the new President Director of PT KITB appreciated the performance that has been completed by the earlier Boards of Director and Commissioners of PT KITB. Which according to him, in less than two years the fundamental change of pillars has been conducted. "We really appreciate all the great work which was done (by them). Through their support and the assistance of Batang Regency Government, the Central Java Government, and especially the support from Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing was beyond astonishing,” H. E. NgurahWirawan said.
It is hoped that through the decision of the shareholders, PT KITB can become an industrial area that excels in service and performance in a sustainable manner. Under the new direction, it is also hoped that the implement the acceleration of infrastructure projects in Grand Batang City, such as gas pipeline network, wastewater network, and wastewater treatment can be finished by the end of 2023.
