The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders was held in the Gunaya Tower Hotel in Semarang. We would like to express our gratitude to all the Shareholders & Shareholders Representatives for their support and time spent on behalf of PT Kawasan Industri Terpadu Batang (KITB) in hosting the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the 2021 Financial Year.
The company reported the company's performance which recorded revunues of IDR 196 billion form the zero target within a year, with a net profit of IDR 52 billion. Considering that the company is still in the early stages of operations and requires continuous invesment, the allocation of all net income in retained earnings. It was reported that the amount of net profit after tax in 2021 wa achieved above the Company's Budget Plan (RKAP) and experienced a significant increase from the realization in 2020.
