GBC AS A NATIONAL STRATEGIC PROJECT
Being one of a National Strategic Project since its inception in 2020, Grand Batang City is a pilot project from the government to provide a better opportunity for both foreign and domestic investment. Fully supported by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia, Grand Batang City has a designated Presidential Decree for its development, and given a state-owned land area of 4,300 ha to be developed.

A NATIONAL STRATEGIC PROJECT
President of the Republic of Indonesia, Ir. H. Joko Widodo, on his visit to the Batang Integrated Industrial Estate on Tuesday, June 30th, 2020.
Grand Batang City has already become part of the National Strategic Projects based on Presidential Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia No. 109 of the year 2020.
The government of The Republic of Indonesia formed Grand Batang City as a pilot project for the innovative industrial estates in Indonesia.
Ministry of Investment is an investment service agency of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia established with the purpose of implementing the enactment of the laws on foreign and domestic investment effectively.
